Baking Competition at Lincoln University

On the opening weekend of Another Table, Lee Richardson and Lincoln University are hosting the 2026 LU Baking Competition.
Entry is free and all are welcome to enter.
Staple ingredients will be available to collect for free from Lincoln Student Union and The Physics Room Contemporary Art Space (The Arts Centre, 301 Montreal St, Christchurch) from Monday 23 February, during usual hours.

Competition classes (you can enter as many categories as you’d like):
Sponge cake
Slice
Cake
Biscuit
Scone

All entries must be on Another Table, in front of the Ross Building at Lincoln University, by 2pm Friday 27 February to be eligible for judging. Entries can be dropped to The Physics Room on the same day between 9am and 11am for transport to Lincoln.

After judging, we will share the baking with some Golden Soda and wine from Black Estate.
