Things have to have
a function to find appreciation and acceptance. What if those things,
loaded or only existent because of that function, are presenting themselves
in a new, an 'unreal', abstract and totally 'selfish' identity?
In "blue box greetings" the postcards are 'defunctionalised'
and become an object on another level. In the 'time capture box' they
lose their function as proofs of reality. The title emphasises the abstract
part of the transformation, but also indicates the former function of
the greeting cards. Can you relate to a new content? Or do you miss
and wish to regain the perfect panorama view?
