Thoroughfare was a site specific project responding to the vacated commercial spaces of Sydenham, Christchurch. As part of Sydenham's Mayfest, an Arts into Business project, the sixteen participating artists created work involving the recent history and culture of the district, in the form of sculptural installation, performance and video.

Merger, an evening of performance and partying, presented an opportunity for the artists and local community to get together to enjoy and discuss the work.
