In operation since 2000, the Cuckoo collective consists of a loose grouping of artists, curators and writers known for their practice of taking over existing gallery spaces for short term projects.
From 2002 to 2004, Gridlocked negotiated the use of public space for artists throughout central city Christchurch.
CASKO was a series of site-specific shows in the non-gallery space of 'The Chiller' in High St, Christchurch in August and September 1997.

A site specific project responding to the vacated commercial spaces of Sydenham, Christchurch. As part of Sydenham's Mayfest, an Arts into Business project, the sixteen participating artists created work involving the recent history and culture of the district, in the form of sculptural installation, performance and video.
